Hello. My TAT is up to three days, most often within 24 hours. I have a secure website where you would upload your digital voice files, dvf, mp3 or mp4, or other audio file types, or you could UPS me your cassettes (standard or micro). I would transcribe your work and return it to the private SSL website vault which I have set up for you which is, of course, password protected and private to you alone. The finished documents are returned to that location in MSWord format or PDF format rather than returned via email which is not secure. I can set up your outline for you but would prefer a sample of perhaps what format you would like the finished document to follow or written instructions from you on the format desired. You may fax a sample to my office for me to set up your outline. There is no charge to set up your outline. My rate is a per page rate; less-than half pages are charged at a half page rate, of course. I prefer to not quote my actual page rate here but you are welcome to contact me for particulars; and obviously I cannot quote you a total document price until I would know the length of the voice file to be transcribed and your formatting instructions. I have transcribed videocassettes in the past although I mainly transcribe medical documents at present. I have many, many years of transcription experience and approximately 35 years of general, legal, and medical typing experience, and own all the equipment needed to process your project.
