fix small issues of customized vicidial installation by WShuttle

we installed and customized a vicidial for a call center, now there are below outstanding issues for this system, 1.sometimes it can not hangup the current calls agent click hotkey, but call still there, occurred occasionally… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Audio Services, Perl/CGI, System Admin., Telemarketing)
