Recompile to differently named .exe by jameskirk

I need a program to be recompiled (and the source probably tweaked) so that the executable file has a difference name than winvnc.exe. It should function as winvnc.exe in every way, EXACTLY, except that… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Windows)
