Auto browser with auto proxy by myseojobs1

I need a browser or software that visit my selected pages with the time i will mention with proxy. 1 page with one proxy, other page with other proxy. Software should be able to search live proxies….. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Engineering, J2EE, Java, Visual Basic)
