DRUPAL EXPERT: Add flash/movie (link) to front page and log in by thenextbigthing

Greetings, I need a drupal expert to add flash to log in (demo/tour .MOV and or QUICKPLAYER) to the log in page, and sign up page. Simple job but NEED DRUPAL EXPERT to ensure this gets done quickly… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Flash, Visual Basic)
