IE Toolbar with C++ code by projectleader

Have existing source code for IE toolbar. Need modifications to existing C++ code as well as UI changes. Need to modify UI to increase height of toolbar. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, C/C++, Website Design, Windows)
