One Page Checkout Unsecure by Mcreedy

I have a one page checkout in oscommerce. When the checkout is secure, the checkout will show a padlock sign on the page, this is a feature of the checkout. The paddlock does not show, which means the page is not secure… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: AJAX, OsCommerce)
