Until that Yahoo Publisher Network and the Chitika Mini-Malls entered the market for contextual advertising this year, Google AdSense was the sole provider of text-based ads dynamically matched with the contents of where they were located.

As many of you know well, such contextual advertising based on text is one of the primary monetization opportunities that online publishers, large and small, can use to try to more effectively monetize their content while away from the methodology of interrupting too many advertisement of large banners, advertisements pop up and pop under, and other forms of online advertising intrusive and often irrelevant.

While to this day, it is still a small percentage of the population of small online publishers that has been able to deploy this contextual advertising, more and more independent bloggers and online publishers are willing to sacrifice some time and space to learn more about mental how to make such ads generate a significant gain for them at the end of each month.

And then, along with the testing, research and testing focused on positioning, format, design, colors and other small variables available, one of the important decisions to make is who to choose between the aforementioned providers of contextual ads as the main source of advertising.

The Digital Inspiration Contextual Ads Preview and Comparison Tool, which has just been launched today, is a new free service that allows you to easily find any online publisher that, among the three most prominent providers of contextual ads, the ads would be providing more effective and relevant to any given web page or text provided.

Here are some details:

This “Digital Inspiration All-in-One Preview” can really help you compare the relevance of Contextual Advertising services offered by Google Adsense, the Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN) and Chitika eMiniMalls.

Its purpose is to help assess which Contextual Advertising service is most appropriate for your site or blog.

Key Benefits

1. Google provides a Preview Tool official Adsense Adsense publisher but not for Chitika eMiniMalls or Yahoo Publisher Network. The Digital Inspiration All-in-One Preview offers a preview tool for YPN and Chitika publishers similar to the preview tool from Google Adsense.

2. The official preview tool from Google Adsense is only supported by IE. Our tool works with all browsers, including IE and Firefox.

3. All-In-Preview displays advertisements Google, YPN and Chitika a side by side making the comparison much easier.

4. The tool preview shows Google Adsense ads displayed only for website addresses. All-In-One Preview displays ads that can be obtained by entering keywords or addresses of specific sites.

5. Geolocation integrated controls allow you to see, without the need to have an AdSense account, which are displaying AdSense ads on specific websites in other countries other than their own. The countries covered by the function AdSense geolocation are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden , Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States.

The Google Ads displayed on this tool to preview ads are shown, based on the standards in AdSense and filtering approach. But since all have Adsense publishers to filter advertisements specific action to make fine-tuning the selection of ads on your page, you may find that such ads in the preview tool does not correspond exactly to the ads that actually appear in a given page.

How to use the tool to preview All-In-One

The tool Digital Inspiration preview and comparison allows you to access the following seven previews:
1) Google AdSense Text Ads
2) Google AdSense Link Units
3) Google Adsense Image Ads
4) Chitika Mini-Malls
5) Yahoo Publisher Network Ads
6) vs Yahoo Publisher Network Ads. Google AdSense Ads
7) vs Google AdSense. Chitika Mini-Malls

To begin using it now, go to this URL, you enter any keyword or a Web address, choose a geographic location (for Google), customize the colors of an announced choose an existing set of colors and click the button ” Update Display Ads “- update the ad.

Once you click on “Update Display Ads”, the bottom of the page will display a comprehensive display of ads shows the provider you have selected.

In Windows.

In Internet Explorer:
Download the add-on for IE and install the file. Reg. The tool All-In-One Preview is now accessible from the IE context menu by clicking the right button. Select the amount of text you want from a site selected, click the right button and select “Preview Contextual Ads” – Preview of contextual ads. You can also right-click on any web page, without selecting any specific text, and can access the preview of the type of ads that will be served on that same page.

In Firefox:
Install Extension GoogleAdsPreview – This extension adds a menu preview of Google ads for an easy and for the Firefox context menu right-click.

Before you dismiss YPN and Chitika as effective alternatives to Google AdSense watch both allow you to the editor “specify” and “target” specific keywords (Chitika) or categories of ads (YPN) thus providing a reliable supply of relevant ads in the products and services sectors where their inventory is stronger.

While that will change over time, keep in mind that Chitika Mini-Malls are based on the Amazon’s vast inventory of books, DVDs, music, electronics and more, while the categories of ads available is limited to YPN the most popular product sectors that are out there.

Recently I’ve been testing both of these solutions, two of my sites and the initial results seem to me that my:

a) YPN can not match orders of magnitude by the variety and diversity of the inventory of AdSense advertisers who have built over time.

b) YPN can be a good partner where AdSense ads produced not entirely controllable cause too many irrelevant advertisements on a site that has a coverage of a specific topic. Since YPN allow you to specify up to the category of ads you want to use and see anywhere where you would like to implement it, this can give a lot of tranquility, those who are struggling to modify their pages to ensure that he behaves more AdSense intelligently when selecting ads to serve.
Russell Beattie recently reported having successfully achieved significant returns on your blog via the YPN ads.

c) Chitika MiniMalls can also achieve wonders depending on a set of variables that includes its ranking, ad format and content type of site where it is located.

d) Mini-malls can be placed next to Adsense notices provided that notices Chitita are not defined in so-contextual. More detailed information about Chitika MiniMalls and first-hand impressions of Darren rows.

e) Mini-malls have been reported among the highest pay-per-click. They also have another unique feature that is much less tempting. At the end of each month, the clicks in your account are audited and an arbitrary number of clicks and earnings are suddenly removed from your account total, without any explanation. Terrible.
