In this day and particularly in 2009, the work may have a floor that can affect the morale in your workplace and your duty as a professional in your field, is to lift your spirit and all your colleagues.
Use the following tips, also take advantage of it even when your productivity is low:
SHARE YOUR ENTHUSIASM
If you’re enthusiastic about a project at work (no matter how simple or easy as it may seem), shares that enthusiasm with your peers to motivate cause also.
Say that “words and examples drag move.”
Drag your teammates in that spirit.
MOTIVATE
Do note the efforts of your team and encourage others to also be given a pat on the shoulder, usually the spirits up when you get that pat on the shoulder.
Notice how much effort you put in the time to do your duties well, even in simple tasks and make others also notice yours.
Celebrate success
Even the smallest can be cause for celebration when your team is experiencing a difficult or crisis period as in the past few months.
S “a world” of the smallest things that are walking in order.
Tune your focus
No daily sessions of “bomberazos or put out fires, you are free to dive into a challenge or project, and take it with more tranquility.
Removes the urge to do many tasks at once (as normally we tend to do) program, a distraction-free space to focus on one task.
ACCEPT AND LIVE THE “downtime.”
Make a productive use of idle time you have doing the mundane tasks you’ve been avoiding.
Catch up on correspondence, reorganize your workplace or contact clients that have not been in contact for some time. GOOD IDEA, NO LO CREES?.
Always remember: Never give up!
Until next time.

- Health may be one of our major sources of stress. Perhaps you have an illness that worry you, or you have to be operated or afraid of getting sick. In this article I will share with you two key principles and steps that can help you deal with these concerns and restore peace in your life. A few days before Christmas I was diagnosed with a tumor in the thyroid (which turned out to be benign) and had to undergo surgery. I could see that what in another era would have caused me great fear and concern, I lived in peace and acceptance thanks to the personal work I've been doing and why I would like to share with you the principles and steps that helped me. Principles to Consider 1. Accept what it is. Byron Katie bestselling author of "Loving What Is" tells us that to be against reality and what we live is what really makes us suffer … When we oppose what we are experiencing, we went to war with life, and This causes us a lot of stress. We bother with life in vain because there is no thought that can change what is already happening, and the only thing is we feel worse. Accept what is, not to say that I stand by, it means that I have to act from anger and fear, I can do from calm and acceptance and from that position is very possible that you can see more clearly what actions take. If I'm diagnosed with a disease there are two ways to live, one is in fear and stress the other with peace and acceptance. What do you choose?. 2. Nothing happens to you but for you. Byron Katie goes beyond not only speaks of "accept" the reality, but "love." And for that I invite you to ask yourself: "If God (or reality) is loving, kind and God governs all, why be living this experience? indeed, why it might be best for me that God made me this experience? Although in the case of disease, can cost us even think of ourselves this question, when we meditate on this and open our hearts we can discover beautiful surprises and the perfection of the moment … Byron Katie, in his book "Questions Your Mind, Change Your Life" (English) tells us: "Do you think your body will heal more efficiently when you are tense, with fear and struggle against cancer as an enemy? Or when you love what you are and you become aware of all the ways your life is actually better because you have cancer, and from that point of quiet all you can do to heal? There is nothing more life to fill that inner peace. " In my case, the tumor brought me many positive things: many demonstrations of love, support and care of my family and friends, nice family breakfast after hospital visits, hours of Reiki by volunteers who either knew me, colleagues who generously worked me on an emotional level before the operation. I was able to challenge and break paradigms in my life. I could see how well the public health system works, enjoy the care, kindness and good humor of the nurses during the operation, seeing that things are not as complicated or painful as my mind tells me, amaze me with the anesthesia that prevents me from feeling pain, better understand others going through similar situations, to live with less fear of illness and a long list of things … Lester Levenson, creator of the Sedona Method, radically changed his life and that of many others following the doctor given only two weeks old. That led him to question his life and what had led him to this point, not only completely reversed the disease but found a great source of inner peace that never left him and he shared with thousands of people. Possibly know cases where illness or crisis have brought radical and positive changes to lives of many people … And when you're positive that brings every life experience, you start to make sure nothing happens to you but for you … And the key step to confront your disease more "healthy" … challenge your stressful thoughts. When sick or have surgery can come thoughts like feel pain, something bad is happening, there may be complications. Thoughts that fill us with fear and worry and we do not bring anything or help to our welfare or recovery. In my case, I was concerned above all physical pain by the medical tests and surgery and I'll use an example to show you how to challenge your thoughts using the 4 simple questions and investments of Byron Katie. Thought: "I will feel physical pain" 1. Really? The first thing that comes to mind is so … 2. Can you know that is true with absolute certainty? No (in my case, was the first time I operated and did not know exactly how it … it was all assumptions). 3. How do you react, what happens when you thought that you will feel pain? It brings back a lot of stress, fear, I worry a lot before the tests imagining that feel pain, tell me negative stories, medical treatment with suspicion, I do not like, I feel tense. I turn to the same subject over and over again. 4. Who would you be without the thought that you will feel pain? Then be quiet, I would not worry too soon, continue my normal life, focused on the present, in the now and not in some tests to come a week later. Regain my life again now, here, writing these lines instead of the mind in the doctor's office a week later … Now we turn to this thought stressful to see how the opposite may be as true or more : Investment into the opposite: "I will not feel physical pain." Find real examples of how this can be true. In my case, 1) When I had my blood tests saw what he really felt, and there was no pain, only excitement, I told the nurse and said, "Everything is in mind here are children and do not feel pain or complain, but come the big ones, with preconceived ideas and pass them if the wrong … "2) I discovered (after surgery), how wonderful was the anesthesia, a few breaths and woke up in another room and it was all over … Investment towards myself or towards "my thoughts." "My thoughts make me feel pain." Examples of how you can be as real or more this: 1) Yes, days before the tests can imagine my thoughts and the pain … a pain that does not exist only in the mind … 2) Yes, lasts only a biopsy seconds, but my mind has imagined many times before and often suffer in advance for something that lasted only a few seconds … The questioning the thoughts that appeared in my mind and see more and more that everything alive is the perfect experience for gave me great peace and tranquility. Our negative interpretation of what we live is what really makes us suffer and even prevents us from seeing what they "think" crisis and negative circumstances contains a gift to discover. Remember, you can live your disease from rejection and stress or from peace and acceptance. What do you choose?.
