We are a custom website design & development firm based out of Austin. We are
looking for a talented web designer to help us with our ever growing workload.
Currently we are looking for individuals available for contract work and potentially open to the idea of full-time for people that we jive with.
We
are currently looking for a designer with the following abilities:
- Web Site Design (5 years minimum required)
- UI/UX Design Experience (preferred)
- Logo, Brand and Identity (preferred)
We would like to see the following character traits:
- Strong design ability with an eye for PROFESSIONAL design
- Solid understanding of usability and web standards
- Great communication ability
- Hard work ethic with an emphasis on commitment to polished results
- Honesty and integrity is a necessity
We are open to all payment terms including:
- Hourly payment (preferred when work is ongoing)
- Fixed Fee Payment (great when scope is locked tight)
- Retainer Based (the best fit for ongoing work)
- Full Salary (our ultimate goal for the right person)
