I am looking for very talented designers to design clean web site templates for the health care market.  These templates will be used to build our clients web sites.

Your design will be posted on our site identifying you as the designer.  I will just need a few nice quality pictures of your design to make available for the client to choose from.  Remember, this is for the health care market.

The site template will need just 2 pages.   A home page and a standard header/footer/menu page to be used for all other pages.  If the client chooses to add a shopping cart to the site, I will contact you and we can workout the details. 

When the client chooses to use your template for their site you will get paid by one of two methods: 

You will receive a initial percentage of the setup plus a percentage of the clients monthly fee.  This will happen for every instance a client uses your template. 
Or… 
If you would rather get paid a onetime fee for your template and not get a recurring payment that is fine also.  In this case you would get the full amount on the first instance a client chooses your template.

EcoSalon, the leading blog for all things eco (fashion, wellness and green lifestyle) is looking for an ads management specialist to help increase revenue, in particular, work with OpenX to optimize zones and advertisers rotation.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of OpenX (zones, campaigns, advertisers, different types of ads and sizes, geo-targetting, ad weight, etc…) Some knowledge of WP and CSS is required – we are currently working with a designer/developer who can also help when needed.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and can handle very short turnaround times. The work would include the following:

• analyze the current zones and advertisers
• suggest improvements (ad placement, new zones, etc…)
• work on improving the rotation of ads/banners
• group ads and campaigns together if necessary
• keep track of changes and campaign’s start and end dates
• create/edit zones to get better CTR
• integrate OpenX code into WordPress
• generate reports

Once the initial phase of analyzing and optimizing the current setup and implementing changes is over, we would require between 2 and 3 hours a week to add/edit/remove ads, generate reports and sometimes create and/or remove zones.
