I am looking for a designer with an eye for creating quality landing pages.  The purposes of the landing pages vary, but include the following:

• Quote request for targeted development type (WordPress, iPhone, iPad, RoR, etc.)
• Promotion for information product (newsletter signup, interest generation)
• Promotion for business-to-business service (pre-launch and post-launch)

Basically, the requirement that is common to each of these landing page types is that conversion rates be high.  I will be driving visitors to these pages and traffic will be highly targeted.  Goals are the following:

• Convince visitors of high quality of my offerings
• Drive filling out of forms (different forms for different things)
• Do A/B testing using single design and some varied elements
• Determine possibility of success of service pre-launch (to determine revenue possibilities)
