Primarily responsible for the mechanical trade of Estimating, Project Engineering and acting as a Assistant Project Manager for commercial and industrial projects (projects included pharmaceutical facilities, transit facilities, and schools.)
Ability to use computerized “take offs” using Estimation and Quick Pen programs for complete estimating packages for HVAC, Plumbing and Process piping.
Ability to interact with vendors and subcontractors, including bids/quotation analysis, price negotiation, and handling of engineering submittals.
Ability to interpret all levels of drawings, from conception thru construction phase, including the ability to perform coordination between the subcontractors.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.
