We are looking for:
A designer with high level of creativity and the ability to create custom website designs to communicate the services or message of a local small business or non-profit in a clear and compelling way. You also need to be able to work on fairly short turn around times and produce quick, quality work. 
Requirement overview:

• Must be able to work from home and have own software and internet access. An expert in Photoshop
• Ability to work at a fast pace and be task oriented. The industry this is for, requires fast turn arounds while still maintaining a high level of quality
• You do not need to have any development experience only graphic design
• Can produce a professional, clean design with minimal rework
• We don’t care about a degree but you have to show us some current work you have done and you have to be experienced
• Can produce a design that mirrors the look and feel of a potential client’s website
• Has excellent verbal communication

We are looking for quality blog posts on business intelligence,
Qlikview, data warehousing and related topics for our company site. We are a business intelligence and risk management
consultancy firm based in the UK that specialises in providing Qliview
training to teams and individuals.

We want to employ a writer to
produce regular content for our company blog and help inform business
stakeholders of the benefits of business intelligence and the Qlikview
platform. 

Here are the details:

  between $100+ per post, depending on experience, quality, post length

- Creating 4 additional language versions of the whole site
- Languages with different character sets (e.g. Japanese) need to be possible as well

Quote 3 – Drupal based customer access system

We would like to give our clients the opportunity to login and download the files we provide. This includes mainly:

- Videos (mp4, wmv, mov, etc)
- Images (PNG, JPG, TIFF, EPS, etc)
- PDF files
- PowerPoint Presentations (PPT)

Beside standard things the system has to be capable of the following:

- Automated thumbnail creation when uploading (From most common formats of above files)
- Display files in hierarchical structure (replicate folder structure within a given folder on server)
- Tracking system (How many times has a given file been downloaded)
- Set expiration date when uploading files (So that one doesn’t have to remember to delete it)
- Rights management for clients (only certain clients can see certain files)
- We don’t want to upload files to an offsite server – the server should be accessible from within the network so that we can quickly copy files. Thus the server has to be very secure to resist/ prevent potential malicious access. We need basic advice on how to make the server secure (what kind of OS might be best, which software/ hardware to install, etc)

It would be good if you can name a few drupal modules which you think are capable of this type of content management. Then we can have a look and see what direction it might go.
