We are developing a stock image website and we need a lawyer to write a Contributor’s Agreement. We have a list with all the important points of our site, as well as other sites’ examples to use them as a guide so basically the work is about copying most points and editing the ones that are exclusive for us.
There will be two types of contributors so we need two agreements, however the differences between both are very few.
The website is an international business, it is based in Spain but the agreements should be in English.
Please send us your estimate and any references of your work. As well as any similar experience with this type of agreements.
We may need to create more agreements right after this one.
