HTML / CSS / Jquery / WordPress expert needed for ongoing projects. (Anywhere, Eastern Europe)

I’m a Flash designer based in the UK who works mainly on designing portfolio sites and I am looking for a developer with skills in Jquery / HTML / CSS / XML / WordPress etc as I need to develop some ‘gallery templates’ for HTML sites that will work on iPads (and other mobile / tablet devices).

I am looking to build a long term working relationship with an experienced developer who is:

(i) Available for small projects at short notice.
(ii) Able to work and communicate during normal office hours (GMT).
(iii) Quick and efficient and replying to emails.

Basically I am looking for someone reliable in Eastern Europe who works as a developer full time rather than as a hobby in their spare time. All payments can be done at the end of each day (or mile stones) via Paypal.
