How many times have you no sense discouraged because there are too many obstacles in your work? I think everybody will pass: jobs are always filled with obstacles that we have fallen morale…
And it’s not just the work itself: unfair competition, low salaries, bureaucracy and poor conditions can make matters worse to turn any room into a battlefield:
Days ago talked with a friend who works in public administration, and I realized that there are cases worse than others. She, for example, can not make decisions without three signatures for approval of their superiors, and when a project parades by so many desktops, ending lagging, invalidated or simply canceled. And this adds to wage conditions inferior to those of private enterprise…
I thought this only happened in my country. But a couple of days ago I read in El Mundo that many employees unmotivated by bureaucracy, low salaries and working environments unfriendly.
What’s happening in the world of work today that there is so much disappointment? Will we have very high expectations? Or is it always was, only now the global media reveal this reality? That’s definitely a topic for reflection.
I think that the motivation has to start from the inside, but when the atmosphere does not help that one end is likely succumbing to take bad labor practices, depressed or resign.
And that is what we finish not understand: How is it that the heads do not realize that the motivation low productivity?
It would have to learn from the experience of countries that are considered the world’s best places to work. In a globalized world, to labour problems are universal, why not also the solutions? If they had worked, why not emulate them?
