A perfect finishing gets you the Job
When you get ready for a job interview, most of you focus on rehearsing response to possible questions, friendly handshake to impress your interviewer and overlook the fact that end is no big deal. But most interviewers make a massive emphasis on the finishing part.

When the interview is coming to an end, you have a final chance to express your skills and abilities, and ask the required questions to take action. Many professionals offer this advice as they have succeeded:
Gather contact details. Before you leave list out the titles, names, and contact information of everyone you meet. Don’t dismiss anyone as unimportant. “You may not know who is more influential in ultimate decision making,” says Laura DeCarlo, president of Career Directors International, a global professional association of resume writers and career coaches.
Know what’s next. You must ask them what the next procedure with enthusiasm: will the talented applicant be called up for another interview? Will the company recruit suitable applicant soon. How soon does the recruiting manager expect to hire the applicant?
“It’s completely alright for a candidate to ask this,” says Peggy McKee, Founder of career-confidential.com.
Make the base for a follow-up. Once the interviewer explains the procedures up next, DeCarlo points out, “you say, Thank you. Can I contact you if I don’t hear from you?” Although interviewer’s permission is not necessary, having the interviewer say it’s OK will eventually make you less nervous if doing so becomes necessary.
End the interview. After thanking the interviewer and, express your optimism towards your suitability for the job. McKee says, “Based on the interview do you think I’m fit for this position? Can I proceed to the next step?” can be inquired straight away.
Your optimism doesn’t completely guarantee you the job. But most interviewers may remember you as a stronger personality. “When you respond yes, the link between you and the interviewer is high.” When a reservation is expressed by the interviewer, it’s a great opportunity for you to know their objections and productively overcome those.
Keep in mind the specifics. To make your thank-you notes effective, specify details about your interviews. Write everything you remember both good and bad which may be helpful to you later.
