I like the security of knowing that a company protects me and it helps me establish a greater commitment to my work and with the company. But no hint of wonder, what if I had to go back to contracts for the project? Would the drive and energy? Would it be able to provide the same level of commitment?
For now, these questions remain unanswered, but for anyone who has already tested the taste of freedom of work, freelance work is a memory that never fails to click.
