Freelancer job - read last projects and earn money - projects database

We need to reconstruct large amount of data in Excel. We have about 60 files with 20 tabs each. From each tab we need to make one entry in the output Excel sheet, i.e. we need to make a sheet with about 1200 rows at the end... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, Data Entry, Data Processing, Excel, Visual Basic)
