I have about 80 minutes of audio that I need Transcribed into a word document. Not hard work just need it done. No special formatting needed.

We are a private investment company. We currently have a Subscription Agreement and Questionnaire that we use. It is a very “clunky”, not pretty, word document. I would like for someone to take the data from our word document and create a better looking, more user friendly document. I would also like to have the new Questionnaire in a PDF form so prospective investors could fill out the Questionnaire on line.

I will need current data and work your way back to 04/01/2009. I will need you to obtain the following data from mortgage documents, book number, record date, buyer, lender, morgage amount, address, city state an zipcode. I’m looking for the lowest bid and speed. We have a quality control team that will check data for accuracy. I’m looking for someone that can pull a minimum of 400 mortgage leads.
