Growing a Business – Marketing & Developing – Business Management Freelance Job

Hello,

We currently are launching a lawn care company, Summer School Lawn Care. We offer a fairly unique business model, employing local kids who mow lawns for us. We work with your average lawn and feature a $20 mow and trim. Very low pricing & quality work are our focus. However, we have developed a model we need help with launching, marketing & developing it into a successful business.

We have developed the concept around several key concepts.

1) Mowing – Something everyone needs. $20 is a very convincing price, bringing back the old days, mowing neighbors lawns for a few bucks.

2) Doing our best to boost the economy. Statistics show that although the US is in a recession, the youth continues to spend. We take disposable income, that many people are willing to give up and put it in the pockets of the youth. By charging $20, we give $10 to the mower, plus another $2.50 if the buyer leaves great-excellent feedback. Our concept is to provide a customer with a feedback card that takes seconds to fill out.

We’ve had a few designs printed. Our first batch of postcards will begin to be delivered Monday (June 1st). We plan to test the market, with a small batch. We expect a nice response. We’re looking for other ideas to market our business or any successful marketing or development campaigns you’ve conducted. We’re open to anything!

We hope to grow this business throughout the US. Although, our hopes are large, we need to hit the ground running while summer is in full swing. This begins with you.

Also if you have experience in business franchising. Please leave us information as we will be looking for that in the future!
