I am looking for a company that specializes in manual directory submissions to non-fee based online directories for our SEO client base. We presently use a directory submission software tool with an average rate of submission of 60 listings per hour completed per operator.

Our mission is to provide safety standards and professional accountability for church leaders to protect kids from sex offenders who attend church.

This organization was researched, and developed for two decades before serving our first church. We invested thousands of hours evaluating church sex offenders, studying church sexual abuse research and testing church safety programs to discern what really keeps kids safe.

The Challenge

• We want to serve all 236,000 churches in America. It has been a tough battle trying to convince church leaders of the need for professional accountability. Sex offenders are not managed in churches, and there is a lack of accountability and safety standards requiring church leaders to protect kids.

Tasks to be accomplished

1. We need name recognition in the church community.
2. We need to utilize every means of communication to educate the church community about the fact that sex offenders attend churches and Keeping Kids Safe Ministries provides solutions to keep kids safe.
3. We need media coverage to help us educate the public that churches need professional accountability.

Criteria for Proposal

• A proposal describing your qualifications (or the qualifications of the team of consultants) and how the tasks described above would be carried out.
• Each marketing strategy should have specific goals, anticipated results, and explain how the work will significantly increase churches signing up for our accountability program.
• Names, phone numbers and contact people at two organizations and one non-profit organization who have been your clients over the past 18 months, whom we can call on as references.

Compensation

Steve and I co-founded this ministry three years ago. Not one individual has taken a salary with this ministry because we are committed to the fight for protecting kids first and compensation comes later with success.

I am a veteran of the Air Force with old-fashioned values of hard work and sacrifice. We are looking for a publicity firm that still believes in the “American Way”. We want a firm that demonstrates service first, and with success it lends itself to healthy financial rewards for hard work.

Although we are a non-profit ministry, a publicity firm will benefit monetarily if the commitment to protect kids is a priority. With professional publicity, we expect to grow rapidly and reach our first milestone of serving 1% of the churches in America in a short period of time.

Churches support us at $50 monthly for our accountability program. Our milestone of 1% of churches (2,360) supporting our ministry will gross $118,000 per month, or $1.4 million a year.

The Risk

This organization has been researched for two decades with a staff of experts from the sex offender management field. We have a talented group of Board of Directors, church leaders as advisors, and access to community leaders and experts in child protection. Is it a guarantee that this organization will be successful? No, there is a risk involved. Keeping Kids Safe Ministries may not ever reach 1% of the churches. Our Board of Directors and staff have dealt with this possibility. We may never be compensated. Is it worth the risk? Yes! There is no dollar figure that could be placed on the safety of children from sex offenders.
