We are a B2B manufacturer of Biofeedback Imaging Systems.

We desire assistance from an instructional designer to develop two training courses. The first course is to train our clients on how to use our product. The second course is to train them on how to integrate our product to effectively help them grow their business.

I’m seeking a FLASH DEVELOPER/DESIGNER who has WEB BASED TRAINING exp. to create an interactive wbt course on various sales scenarios. You will need to have graphic design exp. as well.

You must have exp. in including/incorporating audio V/O, graphic design exp., animation, and think out of the box. You must do your own work and CANNOT sub-contract this out to someone else. I am not looking for a project manager. Nor a firm. I am looking for a single flash WBT developer/designer.

The role will require someone who can work under extreme tight deadlines, in a highly fast paced approach (understanding that u will receive info. and directions, materials to meet those needs). You must be able to be reached via e-mail and cell. Communication is a must for me.

You will need to send me a link to some of the courses u have done or u can email me a quick portfolio. Pls inc. 2-3 references and a brief overview of who u are. This is a contract gig – 3-4 mths, with the potential for more work down the road.

Big Plus: ISD exp. Please include what software applications you know – i.e that u are intermed. to an expert level on – Please do not include any MS solutions.
