Convert .PDF to .DOC with editable forms – oDesk
Summary:
The is a simple project to take the attached a1045.pdf document and use a guide to create a Microsoft Word document with editable form fields.
The attached PDF is a locked document, so exporting the content is not possible/easy.
Please do the following:
1) Create a new Word document
2) Layout all the contents and fields in the word document that are present in a1045.pdf
3) Provide the Word document back with a clean layout, and easily editable fields
