Build Excel financial models for Managing Director of US Real estate company and retired CPA. Models will analyze internal rates of return of various recapitalization (refinancing) scenarios for offices and shopping centers in the United States. Exceptionally strong Excel skills, understanding of US finance and taxation principles, ability to work quickly. CPA or equivalent experience, and or banking/lending experience preferred.
