  1. natural way are the best way to lose weight since you do not have to worry about the side effects………Beside I would like to add my info on this i.e,Walking is the best thing to do. It targets the fat in ALL areas instead of specific areas as if you were lifting weights or push ups which just targets mainly the arms and upper area. In addition to this…do NOT go back and refuel yourself with sodas for which they weaken your bones, and don’t eat any greasy stuff. If you drink a full glass of water (8 oz.) it will reduce your hunger cravings. Don’t try to starve yourself because that’ll force you to over eat when the hunger gets to you so keep your diet regular but healthy as possible. Remember….Walk daily (and slowly increase to jogging, then running…the goal is to make your heart rate faster which in turn causes you to lose weight and boosts metabolism), keep a balanced diet, and you’re guaranteed results.
