Oracle table PHP functions by cityvibehl

We have a table with a CLOB column that we need to be able to do a ‘wildcard’ search on, such that a search for ‘yahoo.com’ (for instance) will match a row containing the text ‘http://www.yahoo.com/some/page/on/the/site.html’… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Oracle, PHP, SQL)
