A New York based company is seeking a professional but friendly Customer Service Agent to provide customer support via email, telephone, and/or live chat. Candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Must be based in the UK
* Excellent written and spoken English
* 3 years customer service or call center experience
* Ability to dedicate a four hour block of time to work scheduled shifts, uninterrupted, with no background noise, for up to 20 hours per week.
