Labor Mobbing and well defined situations of violence, this type of harassment within the workplace that can grow at a time when there is more unemployment, the issue was treated in one of the tables of the Independent Trade Union of Civil Servants (CSIF) and with the participation of different experts.
According to the data and findings, this type of problem comes to affect 12 million Europeans, 8% of the workforce. This type of problem, affecting mostly women, as in 100 affected, 70 were women workers, are often easier to be victims of bullying at work.
Regarding the symptoms, excel insomnia, crying spells and alertness these are indicators of a depressed state that is suffering from mobbing. Additionally, 32% of Spanish employees are dissatisfied with their work too, this is above the European average.
Regarding the sites where mobbing occurs mostly, for many it is surprising that given in public and not in other more common forms of employment.
