The employment rate in United States is 9.5 at present but the chance of getting job is very difficult even if you attend interviews perfectly. 4. Your terms and conditions will give negative mark
If you perform well in the interview and became fit for the job it is nice. But if you make some terms and conditions like “I cannot work for long period” or “I cannot spend more time in office” it will give negative results. Nobody likes to select an employee who does not meet the requirements of the company. So it is always better to go for interview without any conditions or otherwise you have to compromises in some cases for getting a job. If your conditions are unavoidable then it is better not to attend interviews in such cases to save money and time.
5. Unexpected reasons
Some times the employer selects persons for the posts which not related to their qualification. This happens if the skill of the person is needed for the company. In such cases, even if you have right qualification the company will prefer others who are not having required qualification.
